To enhance pedestrian crossing safety and regulate traffic order, Starlight Road has launched the Smart Crosswalk Alert Beacon-infrared Beam Detection(Dual Beacon), adding an "intelligent sentinel" to intersection safety with the "infrared sensing + smart alert" dual mechanism.​

The device adopts a dual-beacon design with infrared gratings on both the main and auxiliary beacons. When installed at both ends of the zebra crossing, they form a precise detection zone. When a pedestrian enters the infrared detection zone, the built-in pedestrian signal detection card of the device instantly judges the signal state: if it's a red light, the control mainboard immediately triggers an alert — the LED screen displays "No Crossing" and synchronously plays a pre-recorded voice reminder "It's a red light, please don't run the red light"; if it's a green light, the screen displays "Safe to Cross", and the signal lights on the front and back of the beacons light up with green arrows to guide pedestrians to pass quickly.​

The product features are both user-friendly and practical: signal lights are installed on the front and back of the main and auxiliary beacons. When the red light is on, the full-screen red light warns; when the green light is on, the green arrow guides clearly. Considering the problem of disturbing residents at night, it supports setting the voice on-off time via a mobile app (default: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM). During non-voice hours, the text and light prompts remain active.​
