Starlight Road's Cast Aluminum Round LED Road Studs not only boast robust performance but also feature standardized and efficient installation procedures. They are suitable for both scenarios with and without embedded parts, offering flexibility for road construction.​

Before installation, it is necessary to close the road first. Then, place the road studs under sunlight to charge, and install those that light up normally; set aside any that do not. For installations with embedded parts: after selecting the installation location, drill a hole with a diameter of 148-150mm and a depth of 115mm, clean it thoroughly and level it. Pour concrete (mortar) into the hole, then place the embedded part into the hole, ensuring the upper edge of the embedded part is flush with the road surface. Next, put the road stud into the embedded part, fix the road stud and the embedded part with hexagon socket bolts, and again ensure the road stud is flush with the road surface. Restore the road surface, and allow traffic only 24 hours after installation.​

For installations without embedded parts: after closing the road, drill a hole with a depth of 54mm, inject epoxy resin adhesive into the hole, then place the road stud into the hole and level it. Traffic can resume after 8 hours.​
