The three-sided LED warning road studs launched by Starlight Road, with their all-round lighting design and robust performance parameters, provide precise warnings for complex road sections, becoming an innovative tool for road safety protection.​

The product is powered by DC24V with precise energy consumption control: the power of the front red-green dual light-emitting areas is ≤2W, and the total power of the four sets of dot light-emitting areas on the side is ≤1W. It operates stably in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 70℃ and a humidity environment of 10%~95% RH. The IP68 protection level and ≥80T compressive performance, combined with cast iron / cast aluminum + PC materials, ensure that it can maintain an ultra-long service life of more than 80,000 hours even under harsh conditions such as vehicle rolling and rain and snow immersion.​

The lighting system has outstanding highlights: the two 45*30mm rectangular light-emitting areas on the front are equipped with 3030 SMD LEDs, with 12 red and green dual-color (monochrome customizable) LEDs each. The 120-degree wide viewing angle, combined with 4500-8500mcd brightness, ensures clear visibility from 300 meters away; the 44*9mm dot light-emitting areas on the side use 3mm round LEDs, with 6 red, yellow and green LEDs on each side. The green brightness of 8500-10500mcd and precise wavelength (such as red light 620-625nm) form a three-dimensional warning matrix.​

The 156*69mm overall size is paired with a 13mm height above the road surface, and the embedded parts of 165*185mm. The 3.5Kg net weight balances installation stability and construction convenience. Whether it is a highway ramp, tunnel entrance or exit, or urban intersection, this road stud can improve road safety factors with multi-dimensional warnings.
