Starlight Road Light Belt Traffic Light Power Controller: A Stable and Efficient Core for Traffic Light Control​

The light belt traffic light power controller launched by Starlight Road, with its precise parameters and practical functions, has become a reliable control center for LED light belt traffic lights and other road lighting equipment, providing strong support for the stable operation of traffic light systems.​

The product parameters are impressive: it adopts AC176V～264V wide-range power supply, with an output power of ＜350VA and a standby power consumption of ≤15W, showing significant energy-saving characteristics. It works stably in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 70℃ and a humidity environment of 10%～95% RH (non-condensing). The cold-rolled plate spraying material combined with IP54 protection level makes it suitable for various outdoor scenes, and the standard-equipped air switch and lightning arrester further strengthen safety guarantees.​

The functional design focuses on convenient control: it has 2 groups of 6-way DC drive outputs (which can distinguish left turn and straight going), with a maximum output current of 30A per way, capable of flexibly driving LED light belt traffic lights and other road lighting equipment; through 3-way signal light group detection and 1-way passive open source input, combined with IO and PWM control methods, it can output different signals to realize multiple working modes of the equipment, providing accurate light warnings for pedestrians.​

The built-in light sensor switch realizes intelligent control: it automatically turns off during the day and turns on at night, and can also automatically adjust the brightness or control the start and stop of the equipment through the light sensing device. During installation, it does not interfere with the original signal system, and can run synchronously only by taking the signal of the traffic light, taking into account both stability and compatibility.​

As the "nerve center" of the traffic light system, this controller helps build smart transportation with its hard-core performance.
