Starlight Road Integrated Lane Borrowing Guidance Device
Starlight Road's integrated lane borrowing guidance device combines high-brightness LED signal lights and full-color display screens, featuring two independent LED units forming red/green arrow patterns. Equipped with 120 ultra-high-brightness LED beads (4800-6800mcd red, 8500-10500mcd green) and a ≥30° viewing angle, it ensures clear identification from 400 meters away. The P8 surface-mounted full-color display (512*768mm display area) supports dynamic display of Chinese characters and images, with 1/4 scanning constant current drive technology ensuring a ≥1000Hz refresh rate for smooth,ghost-free visuals. An automatic light-sensing adjustment system switches brightness based on day/night conditions, balancing energy efficiency and low light pollution.
Constructed with a composite shell of high-quality cold-rolled steel + PC engineering plastic, the device features IP54 protection and ≥150KM/h wind resistance, operating stably in extreme temperatures from -30℃ to +70℃. The industrial-grade single-chip microcomputer control module integrates an independent watchdog and hardware anti-interference system, achieving millisecond-precise signal triggering via optoelectronic isolation detection. With network port communication and dual 220V signal switching, managers can remotely control display content, real-time releasing lane borrowing prompts and traffic announcements; the display auto-sleeps when no signal is detected, extending device lifespan.
Ideal for dynamic lane management in urban arterial tidal lanes and large hub interchanges, the device adapts to peak traffic scenarios. For example, during morning/evening rushes, it switches red/green arrows based on traffic flow data to guide efficient lane borrowing, while the full-color display pushes route guidance simultaneously, reducing driver decision time. Currently deployed in multiple cities, this solution has enhanced traffic efficiency on related sections through intelligent lane guidance, setting a technical benchmark for smart transportation development.
